To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports TechVerse Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of Accred Software.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sports TechVerse Private Limited from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

  • India (for users residing in India)
  • Dubai/UAE (for users residing in the UAE)

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration or courts having competent jurisdiction in Pune, India or Dubai, UAE, depending on user location.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Accred Software after such changes constitutes acceptance.
